自制盆菜














Heavenly, just the way I had imagined it to be, and it turned out just the way I wanted it! Each ingredient was cooked to perfect tenderness, yet retaining its natural flavor. The gravy bound all the flavors together harmoniously and gave the dish an appetizing lustre.

Ingredients:
  1. Dried scallop
  2. Dried oyster
  3. Dried mushroom
  4. Dried fish maw
  5. Pork belly
  6. Carrot
  7. Lettuce
